Gently massage in circular motions and in upward motion, starting at 20 seconds per area. Divide the face into quadrants with each quadrant being one area. Make sure skin always stays damp while massaging into the skin. As you build tolerance increase the amount of time to 40 seconds per area. Do not massage for more than a total of 20 minutes. 

Leave on for 2 minutes after massaging then rinse.

OILY/PROBLEM SKIN

Cleanse then apply a dime size of amount to damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions and in upward motion, starting at 20 seconds per area. Divide the face into quadrants with each quadrant being one area. Make sure not to massage over broken or active acne. However, do apply mask to problem areas just make sure not to massage. Make sure skin always stays damp while massaging into the skin. As you build tolerance increase the amount of time to 40 seconds per area. Do not massage for more than a total of 20 minutes. 

Leave on for 10 minutes after massaging then rinse.
