Refunds

The Skin Curator has a 30-day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To start a return contact us at skincurators@gmail.com. We’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds are processed the day we receive the return and applied to the original payment method. Please note it is up to the issuing bank as to how long it takes for the funds to be deposited into your account. 

It is necessary to request a return before sending an item back. No items are accepted without a return approval. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as tea and supplements. Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at skincurators@gmail.com and we will process the exchange and give you instructions.
